While it's not a one-on-one or group session, you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed—and you can always contact me through the app if you have any questions or need support along the way!

    A training program is a structured plan designed to help you achieve specific fitness goals, such as building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall health. It includes detailed workouts with exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods, all tailored to your fitness level. Unlike personal training, where you work one-on-one with a coach, a training program provides the roadmap for your fitness journey. At StrongMind, we provide video tutorials for all exercises in our training program, so you can confidently follow along at your own pace, knowing you're using the correct form and technique. You are also able to contact Tarra through our TrainHeroic app for any questions you might have.

  • What type of equipment do I need for the program?
    The program uses a variety of basic gym equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and some machines. However, if you don't have access to all of this equipment, don't worry! We can adjust the program to fit whatever equipment is available at your gym, ensuring you still get the full benefit of the workouts. Just let us know, and we’ll customize it for you.
  • How long will I need to commit each day?
    You can expect to spend about 15 minutes each day on the mental skills training or and about 30 minutes each day for your workouts, making it easy to fit into your daily routine.
  • How do I access the workouts and training materials?
    All your workouts, mental skills exercises, and video tutorials are available through the FREE TrainHeroic app, where you can track your daily progress and follow along with ease.
  • What if I miss a day or fall behind?
    No problem! The program is flexible, and you can pick up where you left off. The most important thing is staying consistent and getting back on track when you can.
  • What is the total cost of the program?
    The total cost of the StrongMind Fitness for Beginners program is typically $197 (the full value is $775), but you receive access for FREE. You’re saving almost $600 on a comprehensive fitness and mental skills program that includes workouts, and mental training.
  • How do I sign up?

Meet Your Coach: Dr. Tarra Farnham
(Coach Farnham)

Hi, I’m Coach Farnham, and I’m excited to be your guide on this fitness journey!

 

I have a Doctorate of Psychology in Sports and Performance, I'm a licensed mental health counselor, a Conjugate Tactical Coach through Westside Barbell, and a NASM Behavior Change Specialist.

 

Since 2016, I’ve been helping athletes and general exercisers develop both the physical and mental skills to succeed.

 

I WAS JUST LIKE YOU

As someone who once struggled with gym anxiety and had little confidence, I know how overwhelming it can feel to start your fitness journey.

 

I was lucky enough to have someone help me build my confidence, and that experience changed everything for me. Now, I want to be that person for you.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE GOES A LONG WAY

 

With the right guidance in mental skills and physical training, I’ve transformed my mindset and become a competitive powerlifter.

 

My passion is to help you gain the same confidence and resilience, so you can feel strong both in the gym and in life.

 

(And don’t worry—you don’t have to become a powerlifter unless you really want to!)
